Is there one subscription for all the apps?

Yes. Basic, Starter and Standard are each one subscription for your whole company, on one bill. Starter and Standard include every Dbrij app; Basic includes 13 everyday apps such as Mail, Meetings, Docs and Chat. You pay per member, and everyone in the company can use every app in the plan.

How much does Dbrij cost?

Free covers a company of up to three people. Suites start from ₦1,300 a member a month on Basic, billed yearly. Dbrij One starts from ₦6,000 a member a month, and single products from ₦1,200 with a basket discount.

Do I have to buy the whole suite?

No. Every product is also sold on its own, per member a month, with a basket discount when you take two or more. Open a suite on the pricing page to see what each of its products costs alone and which tier of the suite already includes it, so you can tell when the suite costs less.

What counts as a seat?

Membership of your company is coverage. Everyone in the company can use what the company owns, and at renewal we count how many members you have and bill for that. Seats never lock a colleague out in the middle of a month.

Is hosting included in a plan?

No. Hosting runs real machines, so it carries its own plans with included compute and metered usage beyond it. There is a free hosting tier. Dbrij Send works the same way, on its own volume plans.

What is the escrow release fee?

A percentage taken only when a funded milestone actually pays out. It falls as your plan goes up: 6% on Dbrij One Basic, 5% on Starter and 3.5% on Standard, and the Money module takes a further point off. The fee applies only to money released, never to planning or running the project.

What else is billed on usage?

AI credits, domain registrations, SMS sent through Ping, storage beyond your allowance and hosting resources. Each one is metered, shown to you as it accrues, and listed with the usage prices before you ever see it on an invoice.

Can I pay in Naira?

Yes. Every price is published and billed in naira, and cards are charged through a licensed processor. Save a card and renewals go through without you doing anything.

What happens if I cancel?

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for, and you keep access until then. Nothing is deleted the moment you leave: you get at least 30 days to export everything.
